Marketing and Communications Assistant
Location: Barcelona, Spain February 2023 - November 2023
In IESE Business School, I led end-to-end content production—filmmaking, photography, editing, and campaign activations—across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. I produced story-led campaigns and managed video shoots from brief to delivery, optimizing content for each platform. In under a year, I grew Instagram from 40K to 50K followers (+25%) and doubled LinkedIn engagement.
I had the opportunity to spearhead and lead the entire project, overseeing every aspect from initial conception to final production. This involved independently planning and executing the research, story development, and scriptwriting phases. Additionally, I guided the external team to ensure the seamless execution of the project during both the production and post-production phases.
